About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Series A Biotech company as an Employee Experience Manager - Organisation Development. You will be responsible for shaping a positive and inclusive work environment that drives employee engagement and retention.
In this key role, you will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement strategies that enhance the overall employee experience, leveraging your expertise in people operations, organisational development, and change management.
You will have the opportunity to lead various initiatives, such as developing and implementing employee feedback mechanisms, creating bespoke training programs, and driving cultural transformation projects that align with the company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Lead organisational development initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-impact training programs.
- Analyse and address areas for improvement in employee experiences through data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics to measure the success of employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in HR or Organisational Development.
- Proven track record in delivering employee engagement and experience improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
