Job Overview

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Support the recruitment process by assisting with job adverts, interviewing candidates, and preparing necessary documents.
  2. Organize employee engagement events, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient administrative processes.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding holidays, benefits, and HR policies.
  5. Update HR policies as needed to reflect changing laws and regulations.
  6. Provide expert guidance on HRIS systems, training managers and generating reports.
  7. SUPPORT THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS, INCLUDING DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING TRAINING RECORDS.
  8. Coordinate the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to build relationships with employees and managers.
  • Local residence with easy access to Oxford.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
