About the Job:

We are searching for an accomplished HR professional to spearhead our People Operations function in Oxford. This key role will involve managing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to talent retention.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic HR initiatives. Your success will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across different levels of the organisation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Plan and implement HR processes, procedures, and policies that align with organisational objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies and tactics
  • Develop and manage onboarding programmes that enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Design and promote health, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
  • Foster a culture that embodies company values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
