Employee Experience Specialist

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to join their team in Oxford.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the performance management process, L&D events and maintaining training records.
The ideal candidate will have some HR experience (c.12 months+) and a willingness to develop new skills, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
This is a competitive role offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 20% bonus, healthcare, pension and CIPD sponsorship too.
You will work closely with the small HR team, supporting UK and European employees and contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the performance management process, including setting goals and objectives and conducting regular check-ins.
- Coordinating L&D events, including workshops, training sessions and conferences.
- Maintaining training records and providing reports and data for Managers.
- Updating HR policies as needed and being the HRIS expert, training managers as required.
