About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Compensation Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the commission system, preparing reports, and providing analytical support to our senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the commission system to ensure it's up to date and accurate
  • Be responsible for the monthly process of reconciling and uploading sales information and dealing with queries
  • Prepare reports to summarise commission pay by person to facilitate review and sign off by senior management
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to delve into trends or developing issues

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 2+ years experience in an incentive compensation role
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Strong team player, collaborative and flexible approach required
