Job Description:
As a Paediatric Nurse Manager with Leaders in Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and providing personalized care plans for children and their families. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality care, while also promoting the growth and development of our team members.

A successful Paediatric Nurse Manager in this role will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care, possessing excellent clinical skills, and demonstrating strong leadership and communication abilities. They will also be up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and protocols, including those related to tracheostomy care and ventilator management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs
• Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong leadership and communication
• Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
• Deliver nursing interventions and medical treatment according to established protocols
