About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving clinical excellence and improving the quality of care for our residents.

You'll work closely with our Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to develop and implement clinical governance initiatives that meet the needs of our care homes. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to build strong relationships will enable you to drive positive change and improve patient outcomes.

**The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration and experience working in a care home environment. A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and excellent leadership skills are also essential.
