Clinical Governance Lead

As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight of our care homes across the South West.
You will be responsible for supporting the performance of each home, ensuring it meets the highest clinical standards. This involves reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs every month, analysing the results, and implementing practical strategies to address any issues.
Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff, you'll support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any challenges that arise. Your leadership skills, passion for delivering exceptional care, and ability to build strong relationships make you an ideal candidate for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and support the development of clinical governance initiatives
- Analyse data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
**What You Need to Succeed:
To join us as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you must be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and experience working in a care home environment are also essential.
