About the Role

You will need to be a confident clinical mentor with excellent leadership skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To lead, support, and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight of our care homes across the South West
  • To review the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analysing results and identifying practical strategies to meet regulations and improve care delivery
  • To work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff in each home to implement key actions and address any issues that arise

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a strong clinical background and a current NMC registration. You will also need to provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
