Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Rec2 Recruitment Ltd. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in the Built Environment, Engineering, and Energy sectors, we are looking for an experienced professional to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional recruitment services to our clients, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
  • Client Meetings: Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss upcoming projects, anticipated headcounts, and ensure our services meet their needs.
  • Client Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • SLA Management: Work closely with our Delivery Team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in business development and delivery of construction recruitment services.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in delivering recruitment services to main/subcontractors in the construction industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate at all levels within a close-knit team.

Compensation Package: £40,000 to £50,000 + Excellent Commission/Bonus + CA + Benefits + Flexible package

We supply manpower at all levels within the construction industry, dealing with both blue- and white-collar personnel to ensure a flexible approach that suits each client's needs.
