About the Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Market Development Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for leading market development and expansion strategies for TAVI.
Responsibilities
- Develop market development and expansion strategies for TAVI based on understanding the Aortic Stenosis patient journey and identifying rate limiting steps / barriers.
- Drive referrals into identified Medtronic implanting centres by mapping out and understanding the referral network.
- Implement and support multidisciplinary hospital meetings at secondary and tertiary level in conjunction with local territory team & leadership to assess & plan pathways to improve referral efficiency.
Requirements
Multiple stakeholder & project management skills. Experience in market development roles, medical devices / cardiology preferred.
