We are seeking a Procurement Strategist - Property and Facilities Management to join our team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies across Europe.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer in the fast-paced environment of property and facilities management. You will be responsible for managing the commercial element of supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and identifying opportunities for cost savings through innovative products and services.

As a Procurement Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category plans, execute global sourcing processes, and negotiate contracts. Your expertise in low-cost country sourcing, off-shoring, and outsourcing will be essential in driving business growth and improving profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or engineering. You will also have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in business, supply chain management, or engineering

  • Experience in low-cost country sourcing, off-shoring, and outsourcing
  • Certifications in procurement and supply chain management (e.g., CIPS)
