Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to join our national sales team at Palmer McCarthy Solutions Ltd. This pivotal role will drive growth across the M25 and London area by converting immediate sales opportunities and strategically identifying and securing new business. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and consistently achieving financial success.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a proven track record of driving business growth. They will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will also have autonomy to manage their workload, operate in a meritocratic environment, and progress in a supportive organization. Key Benefits include a competitive salary up to £65K, OTE potential of £90K, Car Allowance or Car, Pension plan, 28 days of holiday per year, and a supportive team environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the London and M25 area with existing clients and convert leads into contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Respond to incoming business enquiries while proactively networking and generating self-sourced leads.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead and support negotiation processes, securing advantageous agreements and fostering long-term relationships.
