Account Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Manager to join our rapidly growing corporate customer service department. This role involves working with customers over the phone, using email and by video-call, ensuring their interactions with our business are of the highest standards.
This position is focused on providing "customer first" experiences, without any sales targets. You will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate customers, adapting your communication style to changing circumstances and demand. Reporting and analysis skills are essential to provide customer insight and become a subject matter expert in order to fully service an account.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. Our company offers a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection scheme from day one. We also have an annual company profit share scheme, rewarding everyone at Corona Energy by sharing in our success.
A hybrid working pattern is available, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
