Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity:
This company works with well-known brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive, and more. You'll be the day-to-day contact and strategic lead for a book of c.15 accounts worth £700k - £900k ARR.
Joining the existing team of 3, you'll focus on platform usage, performance, and storytelling, turning data into insight.
You'll manage everything post-onboarding and work closely with the senior team and/or sales function for heavier commercial conversations (contract renewals and account growth).
Estimated Salary: Up to £50k plus 20% bonus
