Customer Success Professional

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Relationships team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to drive success.
This role supports the development and growth of client accounts, including new client onboarding, best practice client training, and client satisfaction. You'll also work closely with our data analysis team to draw conclusions, optimise campaigns, and make clients more successful.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our approach to client relationship management and develop, diversify, and grow client accounts.
