Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a talented CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER to join our innovative team at Jobit. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support and ensure that our clients receive outstanding service delivery.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for a permanent position and career growth in Customer Success. You will report directly to the eCommerce Customer Success Director and collaborate closely with other teams to achieve our goals.
- Experience in a similar role, such as Service Delivery Executive or Marketing Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
