About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work with globally recognised brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive, and more. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the day-to-day contact and strategic lead for a book of c.15 accounts worth £700k - £900k ARR.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in getting the most out of our innovative ecom-tech solution
- Collaborate with the senior team and/or sales function on commercial conversations
- Focus on platform usage, performance, and storytelling
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer success role within the SaaS space
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business
- Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated
Package
- A base salary up to £50k plus 20% bonus
- Hybrid working, 1 or 2 days a week in Brighton
- Healthcare and Dental care
- 28 Days annual leave (plus BH)
