We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant team at Hypha Recruit, specializing in Rec2Rec Specialists. As a key player in our sales team, you will drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities in the tech/SaaS industry.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the inbound pipeline, developing bespoke solutions for high-potential clients and driving outbound engagement to new prospects. You will be responsible for:

  • Co-owning the inbound customer pipeline through thorough profiling, qualifying, and engaging with high-potential clientele.
  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting, leveraging phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Collaborating closely with our marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies while providing valuable feedback to product teams based on prospect interactions.
  • Spearheading new initiatives targeting specific customer segments by curating relevant and solution-focused campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong academic background.
  • Demonstrable coachability, resilience, performance, and creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Software/SaaS is highly desirable.
  • B2B sales experience is also desirable but not essential.
