About the Role:
  • Define and deliver outstanding client experiences through strategic account planning

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client accounts
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine service offerings and improve client satisfaction
  • Act as a key point of escalation for client issues, providing solutions and driving positive outcomes

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client services management with a focus on business development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Search, and Display
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Ability to travel for client meetings or team socials as needed
