Salary: £72,000 - £77,000 per annum, based on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our revenue base in the UK and internationally, working closely with our teams in the UK and Spain.

Main Responsibilities

  • Increase market share and revenues from new UK and international clients across both existing and new market sectors.
  • Work with Business Directors to articulate and refresh our value proposition.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships to drive positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage end-to-end client management, including developing strategic business relationships.
  • Hold accountability as a key Health representative with named clients, accelerating customer adoption and driving expansion growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering.
  • 2 years of previous experience in top-level management consulting firm.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and experience in Healthcare or Insurance industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate and comfortable working with data.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal form.
