Regional Business Development Director

As a leading manufacturer with over 100 years of experience in the playground equipment industry, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow our business base across Hampshire and Sussex.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, particularly Local Authorities, and identifying new business opportunities.
This is a fantastic chance to work with a market-leading brand that values its employees and provides excellent benefits, including a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £42,000, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, a company car, commission with quarterly/annual bonus, and an excellent pension scheme.
You will be reporting directly to the National Sales Managers and Group Commercial Director. Your duties will include:
- Building close relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
