About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team at BSC Education Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development to maximize sales potential in your designated region.

Business Development Focus:

  • You will maintain a deep understanding of the ELT and Pathways sectors, monitoring trends and competitor activity to provide valuable market intelligence.
  • Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing and recruitment plans to achieve annual sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Account Management and Product Knowledge:

  • You will manage and develop existing and new key accounts, driving repeat sales through strong business-to-business networks.
  • To succeed in this role, you must have an in-depth knowledge of our portfolio, including ELT, Teacher Training, OET, and Pathways streams, as well as all new products available for sale.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in business development and account management within a B2B environment is essential.
  • You must possess a second language relevant to the target market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is also required.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in education sales is highly desirable.

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
