\This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in accounts, tax, and audit services, who is adept at managing a diverse client portfolio and driving business development.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Lead and manage a significant fee base of clients in a client-facing advisory capacity, serving as a comprehensive advisor.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, aiming to become their trusted advisor on a wide range of issues including accounting, tax, business planning, and profitability maximization.
- Drive the office's growth and strategic direction, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of both compliance and advisory projects, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
- Collaborate with the management team and support staff to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
\- ACA qualified
- Extensive experience in accountancy practice at Associate Director, Partner Designate, Partner, or Director level
- Proven background in a general practitioner role within small to large, mid-tier, or top-tier firms
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving growth and client satisfaction
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams and large projects
The estimated salary for this position is £95,000-£125,000 per annum, accompanied by a strong bonus scheme and private health care.
