We seek an experienced Revenue Growth Leader to join our team at Apache Associates Ltd. This role involves driving revenue growth and building processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and close new business sales opportunities within the marketing and document management SaaS space.
- Lead a high-performing inside sales team, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize team performance and improve win rates.
- Analyze CRM data and sales metrics to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of marketing-related or document management solutions.
- A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business sales and exceed targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform decision-making.
- Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams, with a focus on professional growth and performance excellence.

We offer flexible work arrangements, including full-time office, hybrid, or remote work options, with occasional office visits. The UK location is preferred.
Compensation:The salary range for this position is £60-70,000 basic, plus commission and benefits (OTE £110,000).
