Job Description:

We seek an experienced Revenue Growth Leader to join our team at Apache Associates Ltd. This role involves driving revenue growth and building processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business sales opportunities within the marketing and document management SaaS space.
  • Lead a high-performing inside sales team, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize team performance and improve win rates.
  • Analyze CRM data and sales metrics to inform decision-making and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of marketing-related or document management solutions.
  • A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business sales and exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Experience in building and scaling inside sales teams, with a focus on professional growth and performance excellence.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is £60-70,000 basic, plus commission and benefits (OTE £110,000).
