We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join our team at LoveAdmin. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably targeting SMBs or niche markets. Experience with sports organisations or children's activity providers is a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy tailored to our target audiences. You will set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Additionally, you will lead by example, actively engaging in prospecting, demoing, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms. They will also have a customer-centric approach, passion for understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for the right candidate.
