About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and improve market share through competitor research and market analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management for strategic planning.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and improve overall business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desired).
