About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 clients across various industries, including retail, ecommerce, and automotive.

Your primary goal will be to drive client growth through strategic planning, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and implement customized plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align on client strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or Churnzero.
  • Data analysis and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
