Customer Success Strategist

**About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Trident Computers (U.K.) Limited. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
As a Customer Success Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track client usage and satisfaction through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide regular reports on client usage, performance, and areas for improvement
- Understand client business goals and align our services to meet/achieve these objectives
- Identify opportunities for clients to leverage additional services and solutions to enhance their operations
- Collaborate with the sales team to support contract renewals and expansions
- Work with pre-sales and other teams to implement client feedback and enhance service offerings
**Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of Modern Workplace, Microsoft Infrastructure, and Security solutions
- Experience in managing, measuring, and improving service delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management
