Enterprise Growth Strategist for AWS Support

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Strategist to join our AWS Support team. As a key member of our operations organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and adoption of our services.
You will be responsible for owning, building, and improving mechanisms along the customer journey to make AWS Support adoption frictionless. This includes defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies to drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and implement global standards, processes, and programs that enable growth and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
