We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Banking Team as a Customer Banking Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions.

- Handle a range of financial transactions and inquiries professionally and efficiently, primarily through email communication.
- Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Prioritise workload effectively, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Deliver an elevated level of service to clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks performed.
- Experience in an Administrative role.
