About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Banking Team as a Customer Banking Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle a range of financial transactions and inquiries professionally and efficiently, primarily through email communication.
  2. Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  3. Prioritise workload effectively, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  4. Deliver an elevated level of service to clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements
  1. Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks performed.
  2. Experience in an Administrative role.
  3. Proficient IT skills.
  4. Capable of handling complex queries effectively, providing comprehensive solutions to meet client needs.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and helpful demeanour at all times.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
