About the Job:

We are looking for a Technical Customer Advisor to join our growing team at Brook Street UK Careers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small friendly team who encourage in-house development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • To process customer orders efficiently using mapping tools and other relevant systems.
  • To maintain and update internal systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • To provide support to colleagues in sales and consultancy teams.
  • To suggest suitable products and services based on customer requirements.

Our Offer:

Salary: £23,400

Working Hours: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days at home. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
