Service Administration Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Service Administration Coordinator to join our service department at Auto-sleepers Group Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administration, with experience in managing warranty claims and administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a coordinated administration service for all warranty activities
- Process warranty inquiries and updates through company systems following procedures
- Manage warranty administration duties, including letters, emails, quotes, prospects, and sending mail
- Action manufacturing and used vehicle warranty claims
- Check service/warranty job cards for completion within manufacturing guidelines
- Update service customers via telephone/emails and upsell workshop services
- Support onsite accessory shop during busy periods and cover holidays (Exeter branch only)
- Perform ad-hoc duties to cover service reception and parts on occasions
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full UK Driver's Licence
