Customer Service Administrator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Auto-sleepers Group Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth administration of warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid the service department in providing a coordinated administration service for all warranty activities
- Process warranty inquiries and updates through company systems following procedures
- Manage warranty administration duties, including letters, emails, quotes, prospects, and sending mail
- Action manufacturing and used vehicle warranty claims
- Check service/warranty job cards for completion within manufacturing guidelines
- Update service customers via telephone/emails and upsell workshop services
- Support onsite accessory shop during busy periods and cover holidays (Exeter branch only)
- Perform ad-hoc duties to cover service reception and parts on occasions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and able to write competently
- Stability under pressure and ability to adapt to company needs
- Reliable and takes pride in quality of work
- Full UK Driver's Licence
