Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Lettings team in Exeter. This role involves supporting administrative duties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients are informed throughout the lettings process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in handling high-volume phone calls and emails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
