Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Admissions team at Exeter College as a Customer Service and Admissions Liaison.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and administration. As a key member of our team, you will provide an information service to prospective students, current students, employers, and other stakeholders using various communication methods to satisfy customer enquiries.

You will play a vital role in supporting the learner's journey from application to enrolment, ensuring accurate work and delivering exceptional customer service levels to both external and internal customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • To act as the College's first point of contact for all customers, providing timely and effective responses to their enquiries.
  • To manage the college's receptions and support on college-wide evening events, promoting a positive image of the institution.
  • To support the admissions process, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with applicants and existing students.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of college policies, procedures, and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and relevant information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Good understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
