Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our Spinal Team. This role will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing administrative duties, and providing exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient attendance for outpatient, inpatient, and day case appointments
  • Undertake general clerical duties to maximize available capacity
  • Proofread clinical letters and monitor waiting times
  • Provide excellent customer care, including communication with distressed patients and relatives
  • Assist and support other members of the Administrative team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask

We offer a competitive salary of £25,714 - £32,876 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
