About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrator at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Therapy and Nursing teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Therapy and Nursing teams, including maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and departments, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient appointments, including rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with the maintenance of equipment and supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Provide support for the Business Support team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Working Pattern
