About the Role

This full-time position involves comprehensive administration support to our teams, including minute-taking, meeting organization, and document formatting. You will work closely with clinicians to ensure seamless care for patients aged 18 to 65 years old.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, high standard word processing skills, and computer literacy. Experience with general office routine, filing systems, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing diaries, and coordinating office procedures. Your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Exeter Adult Community Mental Health Teams
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Format documents and reports
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
