We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role for Trained Education Mental Health Professionals to join the Mental Health Support Team in Children and Family Health Devon.
This role presents an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people by delivering evidence-based early interventions and working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
We are looking for skilled professionals who share our commitment to improving health outcomes for children and young people in Devon.
About the Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional and mental health assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children/young people and their families who have been referred with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties.
This role involves holding an appropriate caseload and undertaking a keyworker role for children with emotional and mental health needs in the community.
You will also conduct assessments, including risk assessments, contribute to care planning, and deliver evidence-based interventions in collaboration with children/young people and families/carers.
