The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant and hold a relevant qualification, such as the Care Certificate or a QCF Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support Services. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, assisting in the delivery of patient care, and ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and care. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to patient care on a flexible schedule, which will enable you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal commitments.
