We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mental Health Crisis Worker to join Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) in the Urgent Care Pathway within CAMHS. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people experiencing a mental health crisis.
Main Responsibilities: Assessments, observations, care planning, interventions, documentation, and safeguarding. You will work flexibly to meet the needs of children, young people, and their families/carers. Travel across the area as requested.
Requirements: Previous mental health experience, ability to work with diverse groups, collaborative working, safeguarding, and travel. Essential qualifications include the Care Certificate, Level 3 Health and Social Care, GCSE Maths and English, Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care, and additional relevant training.
