Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Peer Support Worker to join our team at the Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

  • The successful candidate will have a diploma or equivalent qualification, and experience as a Peer Support Worker in the NHS or other organisation.
  • You will have experience of supervising staff and training in this area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in an enabling and creative way, supporting individuals to develop recovery plans and achieve their goals.
