Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practice Lead to join our team in Exeter. As a Mental Health Practice Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and foster long-term wellness.
You will work closely with patients to monitor and enhance their physical health, carrying out assessments and plans to support their mental health recovery. Your contributions will be essential in promoting positive outcomes and collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive care.
