Mental Health Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Service Director to join our team in Exeter (Acorn Court). This role is responsible for providing effective, outcome-based community recovery for individuals with complex mental health needs.
The main objective of this position is to regularly monitor, evaluate and develop the service, ensuring that systems are in place to incorporate feedback and involvement from service users, their families, partner agencies, and staff.
- Manage compliance with quality assurance processes and preferred practices.
- Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and deliver person-centered support, including positive risk assessment and management.
- Recruit and retain staff required to deliver an effective service.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with benefits such as 33 days annual leave, access to NEST Pension, company sick pay, and rewards services. If you have a minimum of Level 3 in Health social care or equivalent and experience in people management and Health & Social care, we encourage you to apply.
