This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to develop their skills and expertise in community-based mental health care.
As a Mental Health Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to service users, including risk assessments, liaison with GP services, supervising junior staff, and implementing screening processes.
The ideal candidate will have RGN experience, relevant nursing qualifications, NMC registration, and experience in a similar environment. They will also possess evidence of clinical practice development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,732, plus benefits such as annual leave, free meals, parking, wellbeing support, career development opportunities, and pension contributions.
Pinhoe View is a purpose-built facility providing a range of mental health services for adults with acute conditions. The facility features eight individual flats and two wards, offering a supportive and therapeutic environment for service users.
