Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom Elysium Healthcare Full time

Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing mental health services for adults with acute mental health conditions, is seeking a Care Coordinator to join its multidisciplinary team. This role bridges the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to Service Users.

You will ensure clinical practice is evidence-based and develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge to deliver an evidence-based service.

In this role, you will receive annual salaries of £16,800, equivalent to 33 days annual leave, free meals and parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contributions, life assurance, enhanced maternity packages, and retail discounts.
