Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Haematology Care Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Haematology team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

As a Haematology Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to meet those needs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in haematology or oncology nursing, with strong organizational and communication skills. A degree in nursing or a related field is required, and a certification in care coordination would be an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
