Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at PortmanDentex. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and supporting our dentists to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate patient appointments and treatment plans.
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Dental Nursing.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
