About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that patients, their families, and carers receive exceptional support and care when interacting with our organization.

As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing initial contacts, responding to patient queries, and escalating complex issues to senior officers while maintaining accurate records of all interactions on our database.

You will work closely with our Patient Experience Team to ensure that all concerns and complaints are addressed promptly and in accordance with our policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage initial contacts from patients, their families, and carers
  • Respond to patient queries and escalate complex issues to senior officers
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions on our database
  • Work closely with the Patient Experience Team to address concerns and complaints

Requirements:

  • Educated to NVQ 3 level or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in complaints management or customer service
  • Advanced keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
